About Me

About Me

My name is Dale Flores Jr., but most people call me DJ. I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and attended Centennial High School. I am currently a first-year Business major at the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR). My choice of major and school is rooted in my drive to excel in sales, backed by a strategic understanding of marketing. I am attending college to develop the analytical and professional skills necessary to thrive in high-stakes, results-oriented environments.

Beyond my studies, I work as a Career Event Specialist for the Career and Corporate Outreach Center at the UNR College of Business. This role directly supports my goal in sales by sharpening my communication, organizational, and professional relationship-building skills. My personal commitments reflect this professional discipline. I am dedicated to hybrid athletic performance, training rigorously for events like the Ironman and Ironman 70.3, alongside Hyrox, running, and structured weightlifting. This commitment ensures continuous improvement and a high level of execution in all areas. My family is a hugely important and foundational part of my life, informing my emphasis on loyalty and strong relationships. In my spare time, I seek challenging environments through hiking and rock climbing and appreciate finding unique value through thrifting.
